摘要: ABSTRACT:  The development of molecular detection methods has led to recognition viruses as important foodborne pathogens. most common virus is norovirus, which together with HAV are transmitted via food consumed raw, such shellfish, fresh produce and soft fruit. HEV increasingly being recognized an emerging in developed countries. transmission route includes zoonotic association pork products. Ongoing changes commerce production from national internationally-distributed foodstuffs leading widespread infections multinational outbreaks. Recent large viral outbreaks have been linked oysters, frozen berries semidried tomatoes.
