摘要: Nephrotic syndrome (NS) is commonly associated with marked hypertriglyceridemia, impaired triglyceride-laden lipoprotein clearance, and reduced peripheral tissue uptake of triglycerides from chylomicrons. Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) the rate-limiting step in triglyceride-rich metabolism. Earlier studies have demonstrated a reduction plasma post-heparin lipolytic activity LPL protein NS. However, effect NS on gene expression has not been elucidated. We studied rats puromycin aminonucleoside-induced placebo-injected control animals. Heart, soleus muscle, fat body activity, mass, mRNA were measured lipid levels quantitated. The group exhibited proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, hypertriglyceridemia. This was significant reductions immunodetectable heart, adipose tissue, muscle group. mass tissues tested accompanied by parallel heart but either or skeletal suggesting translational posttranslational modifications. A negative correlation found between triglyceride concentration LPL, activities study population. Thus this revealed down-regulation experimental phenomenon can, part, account for catabolism chylomicrons, very low-density decreased postheparin
