摘要: Abstract Background The medicinal uses of plants are in many cases based exclusively on traditional knowledge without enough scientific evidences. Different parts Moringa oleifera were traditionally used for the treatment wide variety ailments including arthritis and joints pain. present study had been designed to evaluate anti-arthritic anti-nociceptive activities ethanol extract leaves, this being most abundant plant part suitable commercial mass production botanical products. Methods Complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA)-induced rats was as disease model. CFA-induced inflammatory paw edema, body weight, arthritic index, X-ray radiography, hematological parameters, walk track locomotion analysis all evaluated assessment progression. In addition that, activity examined at different dose levels both normal arthritic-induced using Eddy's hot plate tail flick thermal analgesia. Results various parameters revealed that has a considerable effect preventing development or ameliorate severity. Moreover, leaves significant dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Ethanol appears be really promising analgesic medication, but larger more detailed preclinical clinical studies especially human is highly recommended.
