摘要: AIM to study changes in the expression of angio- and vasculogenesis markers colorectal adenocarcinoma metastases liver during combined cytotoxic targeted anti-VEGF therapy versus monotherapy. SUBJECTS AND METHODS Intraoperative samples from 96 patients with adenocarcinomas were immunohistochemically examined. The investigation enrolled who had preoperatively received either FOLFOX6 bevacizumab or only therapy, as well not preoperative anti-tumor drug treatment. SDF1α, CXCR4, CXCR7, VEGF-A was compared these groups. Statistical significance accepted at p<0.05. RESULTS CXCR4 vessel endothelial cells significantly less frequently detected those therapy. Comparing treated drugs revealed similar results women. CXCR7 tumor stromal metastatic foci more common group male according regimen. SDF1α often observed than VEGF seen CONCLUSION Combined for leads some suppression alternative pathway formation new vessels, by reducing that foci. In men, this simultaneously causes an increase stroma. Preoperative increases patients, which may suggest can be activated.
