摘要: Results of a comparative study pore evolution in nanostructured alumina membranes under annealing gyrotron microwave system and conventional furnace are described. Microwave heating has resulted an enhanced mass transport leading to reduction the surface porosity membranes. Evolution patterns for shape individual pores discussed compared annealing. The notably different behavior suggests that radiation provides additional driving force transport. experimentally observed enhancement appears be stronger than predicted by earlier proposed models.
