摘要: Abstract The double perovskite Sr 2 CrReO 6 is an interesting material for spintronics, showing ferrimagnetism up to 635 K with a predicted high spin polarization of ≈ 86 % . We fabricated epitaxial films by pulsed laser deposition on (0 0 1)-oriented SrTiO 3 substrates. Phase-pure optimum crystallographic and magnetic properties were obtained growing at substrate temperature 700 ∘ C in pure O 6.6 × 10 - 4 mbar are c -axis oriented, coherently strained, show less than 20% anti-site defects. magnetization curves reveal saturation 0.8 μ B /formula unit coercivity 1.1 T, as well strong anisotropy.
