摘要: Cardiovascular resuscitation is a cornerstone of critical care practice. Experimental advances have increased our understanding the role microcirculation in shock states and development multi-organ failure. Strategies that target such conditions, while theoretically appealing, not yet been shown to impact upon clinical outcomes. This review outlines current microcirculatory dysfunction septic, cardiogenic, hypovolaemic available treatments strategies with reference their effects microcirculation.
