摘要: Aim This study evaluates the early volumetric changes after buccal soft tissue contour augmentation around implants with a porcine collagen matrix (CM) vs. subepithelial connective graft (SCTG) from palate. Materials and methods 14 patients were enrolled implant placement simultaneous persistent deficits. At exposure, tissues thickened CM (n = 7) or SCTG 7). Impressions taken before surgery, ten days, one, three six months. digitized augmented regions 3D evaluated (soft volume (mm3 , %)/thickness (mm)). Results Volume increase ) 6 months was 19.56 ± 8.95 mm3 61.75 52.69 (insignificant, p .058). In percentage, this loss of initially (100%) 81.76% in group 56.39% (6 months). The mean thickness (mm) 0.30 0.16 mm 0.80 0.61 .071). Conclusion healing phase is associated significant tissues. shows insignificant superiority compared to CM.
