摘要: Friable callus cultures were initiated from cotyledons and hypocotyls of Opuntia ficus-indica. Explants produced significantly more than those hypocotyls. Optimum growth was observed on Murashige & Skoog medium supplemented with 0.9 μM 6-furfurylaminopurine, 2.3 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 1.0 4-amino 3,5,6-trichloropicolinic 400 mg l-1 casein hydrolysate 3% sucrose. The same without agar used for establishing cell suspensions.
