摘要: By inserting a carbon chain, the geometric structure and electronic properties of nanotube (CNT) would undergo significant change. Numerous studies have conducted to experimentally find insertion effect chains on CNTs. This paper in theoretical way studied geometry inserted CNTs analyzed mechanism for conductivity change after chains. Results indicate that innermost channel tube are effective methods transforming electrical CNT, leading redistribution electron thereby causing obtained configurations.
