摘要: In situ formation of tungsten carbide in the matrix FCC nickel has been achieved by carburizing electrodeposited Ni-W alloy coatings. The size particles ranges between 100 and 500 nm. phase is also present form very small precipitates inside grains. such 10 40 environment was created introducing a flowing mixture vaporized 95.5% alcohol (0.25 ml/min, liquid) argon (0.5 L/min, gas) into furnace. Supersaturated nature amorphous nanocrystalline alloys, addition to high diffusivity, have attributed for deposits at temperature range 700-850 degrees C. carbide-metal interface clean composite coatings are compact. Hardness values up about 1100 KHN achieved. increases with content temperature. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
