摘要: Abstract Epidemiological studies were performed in a Japanese fishing village when catches of fish highest and farming with usual consumption. Intake eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic also arachidonic acid significantly higher the during 3 days study than village. The correlation between eicosapentaenoic intake on day urine was collected excreion Δ 17-2,3-dinor-6-keto-prostaglandin F1α, main urinary metabolite prostaglandin I3, highly significant, whereas there no or linoleic excretion 2,3-dinor-6-keto-prostaglandin I2. We suggest that pool for I2 production is not quickly influenced by dietary because large size slow conversion to acid, while I3 formation directly related acid.
