摘要: Metaplastic breast cancer is a rare subtype of invasive mammary carcinoma, with an aggressive behavior and usually poor outcome. Responses to systemic chemotherapy are suboptimal compared patients standard ductal carcinoma. Limited data available in regards best treatment modalities, including chemotherapy. This review gives overview metaplastic its clinical pathologic characteristics, addition strategies, trials, future directions.
