摘要: The method of detection for numerous biomedical devices is based on electrical stimulation, which requires an electrode material to be in contact with the biological system. Metal electrodes have been mainly choice but they produce faradic currents and other phenomena that affect device performance. Currently, carbon-based materials are considered promising alternatives metallic because combine good biocompatibility high chemical resistance electrochemical properties. In this work we present overview fabrication characteristics graphene pyrolyzed photoresist films (PPF) applications. addition, initial assessment in-vitro epitaxial 6H-SiC(0001) PPF human keratinocytes (HaCaT) cells presented.
