摘要: A wide range of novel, enantiomerically pure 4-chloro(amino)pyridine derivatives has been synthesised through a chemoenzymatic approach, Candida antarctica lipase B (CAL-B) and Pseudomonas cepacia (PSL) being found to be excellent biocatalysts for the preparation new interesting amines amides in form enzymatic aminolysis reactions. study reactivity CAL-B PSL done resolution library amine structures an attempt rationalise experimental results obtained their kinetic mediated by lipases.
