摘要: Glycolysis shows different patterns of operation and control steps, depending on whether the level Crassulacean acid metabolism (CAM) is low or high in leaves Kalanchoe blossfeldiana v.Poelln., when subjected to appropriate photoperiodic treatments: at a CAM all enzymes glycolysis phosphoenol pyruvate (PEP) carboxylase present 12 h rhythm capacity, resulting from superposition two 24h rhythms out phase; phosphofructokinase appears be main regulation step; attainment involves (1) an increase peak capacity occurring during night glycolytic enzymes, thus achieving over-all rhythm, strict allometric coherence with PEP (2) establishment phase relationships between enzyme (3) three enzymic steps (phosphofructokinase, group 3-P-glyceraldehyde dehydrogenase — 3-P-glycerate kinase, carboxylase). Results show that hypothesis allosteric (by PEP) malate glucose-6-P) cannot provide complete explanation for temporal organization changes along pathway correlation levels are important components relation CAM.
