摘要: A method and an apparatus for determining diffusion parameters, concentration, size or flow behavior of particles in a sample, exciting light source being directed into the Raman scattered collected from observed volume sample passed on to spectrograph where it is resolved spectral lines, intensity at least one line measured 10 times per second by means photodetector each, values respective used, via fluctuation analysis, preferably autocorrelation frequency calculate particle which question can be assigned. With this method, also possible signals different lines bands, light, quasi-elastically fluorescence correlated with another.
