摘要: Murine recombinant erythropoietin (EPO) was purified from an EPO-producing cell line and used for the production of polyclonal monospecific anti-murine EPO antibodies in rabbits. The anti-mouse were by two affinity chromatography procedures. In order to obtain most sensitive ELISA, different antibody combinations tested ELISA sandwich assay. best combination achieved with anti-human as coating biotinylated detecting antibody. With this sandwich-ELISA a standard curve range 0.6–30 mU/ml could be established. assay provides reliable measure murine serum culture supernatants ranging normal highly elevated levels.
