Management of tuberculosis of the spine with neurological complications

摘要: Tuberculosis is still a major cause of spinal compression in the developing countries. In this study 200 patients presenting with neurological lesions secondary to tuberculosis spine have been classified according Frankel classification and results evaluated. A combination surgical decompression chemotherapy advocated. The dangers non-operative treatment are discussed.
