摘要: Abstract The present invention is directed to novel compositions that cause effective redirection of class I-immunity Te 1 effectors, take advantage the unexpected loading MHC I by peptide within IgG backbone combined with appropriate instruction antigen presenting cells. Such are able transform a seemingly ineffective therapeutics into highly one, associated generation I-restricted cytolytic cells and IFN-y, IL-2 producing T cells, further protection against virulent microbe or recovery from malignant tumoral process.
