摘要: Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and Fas are two potent hepatotoxic agonists in human diseases animal models. When either TNF-α or ligand (FasL) binds to its respective receptor, it initiates parallel cascades leading apoptosis the induction of antiapoptotic proteins. The transcription NF-κB is a critical mediator antiapoptosis liver vivo cultured hepatocytes. mechanisms by which blocks apoptotic pathway under intense investigation.
