In this report, structural, magnetic magnetoelectric coupling properties are investigated sol-gel prepared BiFeO3 nanoparticles various sizes. found that a structural anomaly arises particles close 62 nm period structure, which induces obviously increased ferromagnetism. addition, large observed nanoparticles. Our result provides another insight into BiFeO3, also clue at nanoscale.
