摘要: We developed and characterized 15 polymorphic microsatellite markers present in the genome of guava rust fungus, Puccinia psidii. The primers for these were designed by sequencing clones from a genomic DNA library enriched simple sequence repeat (SSR) motif (AG). All primer pairs successfully amplified fragments sample 22 P. psidii isolates, revealing total 71 alleles. observed heterozygosity at loci ranged 0.05 to 1.00. SSR would be useful population genetics study fungus.
