摘要: Paediatric hepatic neoplasias are rare, accounting for 1-4% of all solid childhood tumors. Liver tumors in children can be classified into benign or malignant; some the lesions have potential malignant transformation. Two-thirds liver malignant. Hepatoblastoma accounts two-thirds children. Other malignancies include sarcomas, germ cell and rhabdoid tumours, hepatocellular carcinoma. Benign vascular hamartomas, adenomas, focal nodular hyperplasia. The histology anatomy a paediatric tumour guides treatment prognosis. Although masses share clinical manifestations, prognosis differ.
