摘要: AbstractThe deformation behaviour of binder phase regions in cemented carbides is studied using transmission electron microscopy. Stacking fault densities vary strongly up to the limit complete transformation cubic into hexagonal modification. Undissociated dislocations are rarely observed. intersections limited low stacking density. All types defect observed undeformed specimens. These defects caused by resulting from relaxation residual hydrostatic stresses during foil preparation.MST/808
