摘要: Abstract This work illustrates the impact of atmospheric gases on surface epitaxial graphene. The different rate adsorption parts graphene samples provides a concrete evidence that morphology plays significant role in this process. uneven occurs only monolayer and not bilayer second is distinguished verified by phase contrast mode atomic force microscopy low energy electron microscopy, respectively. Raman spectroscopy used to study strain graphene; results indicate exhibit types strain. under more compressive comparison with hinders process adsorption. However, wrinkles edges steps are tensile strain, hence, facilitate Samples were subjected X-ray photoelectron which confirms adsorbates carbon clusters nitrogen oxygen contamination. For reversing annealed method for removal these proposed.
