摘要: Plasma levels in luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin were measured after oral administration of clomiphene-citrate (CC) at doses 6 12 mg/kg BW/day for 5 consecutive days to broody turkey hens. No significant changes following treatment. The LH concentrations significantly decreased (P less than .05) the 12-mg/kg dose. These results interpreted as an indication oestrogenic-like, rather antioestrogenic-like, activity CC when administrated hens this particular physiological stage.
