摘要: Objectives: To evaluate and compare the outcome of dental implants placed using a flapless protocol immediate loading with conventional after 6 weeks. Materials methods: Fourteen patients bilateral maxillary edentulous areas were treated Straumann SLA-implants. Using randomized split-mouth design, in one side maxilla stereolithographic surgical guide for surgery immediately loaded on temporary abutments bridge (test). Implants other weeks healing (control). Clinical radiographic evaluation peri-implant tissues was performed at time implant surgery, 1 week, weeks, 3, 6, 12 18 months. Results: A total 70 (36 test 34 control). One (test) lost 3 months, resulting survival rate 97.3% 100% control implants. Marginal bone levels not statistically significantly different between but baseline marginal level lower compared to periods (P < 0.05). The mean 1.95 mm ± 0.70 1.93 mm ±0.42 respectively. There significant change height attached mucosa flap post-operative week weeks. Statistically differences found opinion about speech, function, aesthetics, self-confidence overall appreciation first weeks. Conclusion: can successfully integrate posterior approach similar protocol. mucosal around changed implants.
