摘要: Background: Hsp90-beta was investigated as prognostic factor because of its apparent association with tumorigenesis. The aim this study to investigate the expression in lung cancer patients, analyze relationship respect clinicopathological features and assess whether a potential serum marker for cancer. Methods: Expression examined using immunohistochemistry, in-situ hybridization, western blot enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Sensitivities specificities test were determined receiver operator characteristic curve cutoff defined based on 95% 85% sensitivities. Results: Lung tissues exhibited higher than normal (P < 0.05) patients also level control groups 0.05). Moreover, increased significantly associated pathological grade clinical stage Using analysis, cutoffs distinguishing from benign 1.155 1.158 ng/ml respectively. sensitivities 98.77% 95.9%, 88.33% 72.7%. Conclusion: Up-regulation which indicated that it could be considered molecular biomarker diagnosis prognosis
