摘要: A systematic investigation was made of the pseudobinary ‘β-W’ solid solutions V3Si-V3Ge, V3Ge-V3Sn, V3Ge-V3Sb, and V3Si-V3Ga. The superconducting transition temperatures were measured results correlated with metallurgical structures. It is suggested that alloys show an additive variation ofT c between binary endpoints they deviate from additivity only as a result nonstoichiometry or disorder. general trends in behavior vanadium are compared those similar niobium alloys.
