摘要: Summary We have attempted to examine the effects of long-term treatment with lα-hydroxyvitamin D3 (lα-OHD3; 0.5-1.0 μg/day) on bone and chemical parameters in osteoporosis, retrospectively. Twenty-six pairs age-, period observation- initial mineral density-matched patients or without were selected from 86 osteoporosis. An 11% decrease (-2.2%/year) a 6% increase radial density at peripheral cortical site was observed control treated group after 5 years, respectively (P
