摘要: This paper provided results of a framework-based self-reflection process conducted by the science and practice leaders two transdisciplinary projects realized in co-leadership from 2011 until 2014. It analyzes perspectives for whole research including preparation, research, follow-up phase, (1) transdisciplinarity component each module (in %); (2) outputs generated (tangible intangible); (3) relevance output (qualitative ranking); (4) impacts emerging (5) outcomes intangible). Furthermore, was reflected project critical aspects identified. We found that first, might contribute to regional demands if it is carried out “timely.” Timeliness includes need perspective partners scientific community, willingness co-leaders develop together, fundamental organizational support. case our where directly impacted further development project. Second, truly lived consisting clearly defined roles responsibilities, common definition alignment goals, acceptance differences needs leads trustful cooperation. Third, good communication structure within teams between allows anticipating overcoming problems at practice-science interface leading mutual learning experience building.
