摘要: • Ten normal human volunteers participated in a two-part study of H 2 -receptor activity the ocular surface. Dimethylaminopropylisothiourea (trivial name, dimaprit dihydrochloride), highly selective agonist, produced vasodilation without itch. Pretreatment with antagonist, cimetidine, significantly blocked vasodilatory effect dimethylaminopropylisothiourea, whereas pretreatment 1 antazoline phosphate, did not. We conclude that -receptors are present
