摘要: Enzyme activities of the single juxtaglomerular apparatus in rat kidney.The (JGA) can be easily microdissected according to following procedure: renal vascular tree is filled with Microfil, its progression through system stopped by clamping pedicle, and kidney then snap-frozen immediately.Once freeze-dried, JGA's dissected under stereomicroscope.Microfil injection permits precise identification afferent arteriole glomerulus.Converting enzyme activity was measured found present.Angiotensinase analysed different structures juxtamedullary JGA contained more angiotensinase than did superficial JGA.Angiotensinase activity, both JGA, reduced approximately 50% when EDTA added incubation mixture.Renin rats maintained on a standard diet, or that were sodium-loaded sodium-deprived.Although sodium-deprived exhibited higher mean renin this difference not significant statistically.The have significantly rats. Activites enzymatiques de l'appareil juxtaglomerulaire isole du rein rat.L'appareil peut etre facilement microdisseque selon la procedure suivante: l'arbre vasculaire est rempli avec et sa dans le systeme arretee par clampage pedicule les reins sont alors immediatement congeles.Une fois, congeles, des isoles peuvent disseques sous stereomicroscope.L'injection Microfil permet d'identifier facon l'arteriole afferente glomerule.L'activite l'enzyme conversion ete mesureedans presence confirmee.L'activite l'angiotensinase analysee differentes rat.Les juxtamedullaires contenaient plus d'activite d'angiotensinase que superficiels.L'activite superficiels aussi bien reduite approximativement lorsque l'EDTA etait ajoute au milieu d'incubation.L'activite renine mesuree maintenus diete normale ou surcharges depletes en sodium.Bien sodium une grande activite moyenne juxtamedullaires, cette n'etait pas significative statistiquement.Il s'est avere contenu significativement eleve sodium.
