摘要: Abstract The oxidation behavior of Hastelloy C-2000 alloy was investigated in air at 800 °C and 1000 for 100 h, respectively. Oxidation kinetics oxide scales morphologies were examined by mass gain measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). the approximately follows a parabolic rate law. Moreover, annealing twins defect structure matrix deteriorates resistance due to improvement diffusion rates alloying elements oxygen atoms. At °C, microstructure is primarily composed NiO Cr 1.3 Fe 0.7 O 6 initial visible Mo-rich phases are emerged approach boundary scales. however, morphology consists particle with fine oxides large Ni inlaying each other, whilst hardly appear closing interface
