摘要: Abstract The isothermal oxidation behaviors of three kinds Ni 3 Al-Mo based alloys at 1150 °C were studied. morphology, structure and element distribution oxide scales the researched by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction probe microanalysis. research results show that there are layers, an outer layer NiO, intermediate mainly composed NiAl 2 O 4 a small amount NiMoO , inner Al . Re was distributed in layer, which plays role as “diffusion barrier” process oxidation, effectively reduces diffusion rate Mo elements outward inward. As result, Al-rich formed inhibits growth improves resistance alloy.
