摘要: A solid-state imaging device comprising a semiconductor circuit substrate having regions for storage and transfer of signal charges, an insulating film formed on the photoconductive film. light shielding member is provided in substrate. An opening registry with charge region electroconductive embedded opening. With this construction device, blooming suppressed characteristics are improved.
