摘要: An optical sensing apparatus with a signal interference rejection function is fabricated in semiconductor chip by using CMOS process. The comprises an element having light-receiving side for receiving from the and converting into electronic signal, noise-rejection layer disposed on of connected to reference ground. uses noises guiding ground, so that will not affect accuracy images, image quality improved.
