摘要: Different enzymatic strategies were applied to improve lignin and hexenuronic acid (HexA) removal. Three laccases (L) with different redox potentials in combination 1-hydroxybenzotriazole or methyl syringate softwood sulfite hardwood kraft fibers. The enzymes a high-redox potential from Pycnoporus cinnabarinus Trametes villosa found be the most efficient. bleaching efficiency was not significantly influenced by presence absence of HexA types lignocellulosic fibers.Subsequently, removal mediators evaluated eucalyptus fibers T. laccase (TvL).
