摘要: The complete nucleotide sequence of 16S ribosomal RNA gene from tobacco chloroplasts has been determined. This 96% homology with that maize chloroplast rRNA and 74% Escherichia coli gene. 3' terminal region this contains the ACCTCC which is complementary to sequences found at 5' termini prokaryotic mRNAs. large stem loop structure can be constructed surrounding ends These observation demonstrate nature rRNA.
