摘要: We report on four patients with narcolepsy cataplexy (NC), who were treated high-dose intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIg). Although in some transient effects seen of both objective (multiple sleep latency test and maintenance wakefulness test) subjective symptoms (Epworth Sleepiness Scale frequency cataplexy), these lasted at the most for a few weeks did not persist. Our challenges recent observations favorable persistent effect IVIg NC patients.
