摘要: A growing body of research has documented the role select users and customers in influencing design new products. major impetus for this study was observation that practitioners, as well professionals development groups, are an important source production dissemination knowledge innovation. Neville Johnson Warren Brown carried out a field medium-sized school district to examine innovative practices use by case, junior senior high language arts teachers. The article concludes with series recommendations improve innovation performance professional groups.
