摘要: Mesoporous titania is a cheap and widely used material for photovoltaic applications. To enable large-scale fabrication controllable pore size, we combined block copolymer-assisted sol–gel route with spray coating to fabricate films, in which the copolymer polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO) as structure-directing template. Both macroscale nanoscale are studied. The kinetics thermodynamics of deposition processes simulated on macroscale, shows good agreement morphology spray-coated films obtained practice.
