摘要: New smart flame retardant textile fabrics have been developed. Halloysite nanotubes used as filler for fabrics. A facile and environmentally friendly vapor phase polymerization method was the of polypyrrole layer covering surface halloysite The developed achieved interesting electrical conductivity properties. resistance one reached up to 0.21 kΩ compared with 45,000 kΩ blank fabrics, which represent enhancement in new nanocomposites. retardancy thermal stability nanocomposites were improved. rate burning recorded zero 149.3 mm min−1 blank, respectively, achieving high class fire resistant properties controlled by preparation method. In addition, mechanical studied achieve an elongation. textiles characterized microscopic spectroscopic techniques, gravimetric analysis, testing resistivity measurements.
