摘要: Background Monocarboxylate transporters (MCTs) transport monocarboxylates such as lactate, pyruvate and ketone bodies. These are very attractive therapeutic targets in cancer. Elucidations of the functions structures MCTs is necessary for development effective medicine which targeting these proteins. However, comparison with MCT1, there little information on location function moiety MCT4 constituent amino acids govern MCT4. The aim present work was to determine molecular mechanism L-lactate via hMCT4.
