摘要: A large amount of n-hexane is being widely used in industry as a solvent or component the mixed solvents for extraction vegetable oils, adhesives, paints, and cleaning, etc. And, many cases polyneuropathy due to have been reported up now. Recently, studies on neurotoxicity metabolism rapidly progressed countries. The present review covers clinical signs symptoms, pathological changes, metabolism, dose-response (effect) acute exposure, glue thinner sniffers, workers, animal experiments. joint effects maximal allowable concentration are also briefly discussed.
