摘要: Les tumeurs primitives de l’intestin grele representent seulement 50 % toutes les du tractus gastro-intestinal. manifestations cliniques ces ne sont pas specifiques et leurs symptomes apparaissent tardivement. La rarete, la non specificite des leur inaccessibilite rend susceptibles passer inapercues, avec un diagnostic tres souvent errone tardif, d’etre responsables d’un taux mortalite eleve.
