摘要: ABSTRACT During grape cultivation and wine production, the most effective way to prevent ochratoxin A (OTA) contamination of grapes is control ochratoxigenic fungal species, especially Aspergillus carbonarius, using appropriate techniques. In this study, influence an organic farming system (OFS) integrated (IFS) on incidence A. carbonarius grapes, OTA wine, were examined. Mycological analysis collected from Kotsifali cultivar (Vitis vinifera L.) vineyards grown under two systems (OFS IFS) was performed over growing seasons. For same seasons, levels representative samples wineries located in area, made (single varietal or covinificated with Mandilari), determined. The results showed that had a significant IFS being fungus prevention occurrence wine. This knowledge could offer viticulturists useful tool produce safer giving winemakers incentive make low-OTA HIGHLIGHTS
