摘要: Abstract The pathogenesis of tuberculosis (TBC) meningitis is still unknown. As shown by previous studies, human microglia can be the target mycobacteria, but no data are available about their cellular response to infection. Consequently, we studied expression tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1) and IL-10 in pure cultures infected with two variants Mycobacterium avium (domed-opaque (SmD) transparent (SmT)) . Results showed that was productively mycobacteria which could grow inside cells. Mycobacteria internalization more rapid for M. , infection turned out efficient due incorporation densely packed bacteria. TNF-α not affected whereas an increase followed a decrease observed Both IL-1 cytokine rapidly inhibited virulent bacteria, non-pathogenic one had almost effect. Also, co-stimulatory molecule CD137, member factor receptor family, mycobacteria. Our results show mycobacterial modulated correlation virulence, mainly toward inhibition inflammatory response. This observation might mechanisms quickly eliminated, explaining bases virulence.
