摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) have recently emerged as important regulators in cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. However, the role of lncRNAs metastatic clear renal carcinoma (ccRCC) remains unclear. Here, single-cell RNA sequencing data were analyzed from primary paired specimens, characterized expression profiles over 10,000 genes, including 1,874 lncRNAs. Further analysis revealed that exhibit type- tissue-specific across ccRCC cells. Interestingly, a number (n = 173) associated with metastasis, termed metastasis-associated (CMAL). Moreover, functional based on CMAL-PCG coexpression network CMALs contribute to adhesion, immune response, proliferation. In combination survival analysis, 12 identified participate TNF hypoxia-inducible factor 1 signaling promote investigation intratumoral heterogeneity showed some are selectively expressed different subpopulations. IMPLICATIONS: To explore current study performed global dissection complex genomic tumor heterogeneity. The shed light discovery potential lncRNA biomarkers therapeutic targets.
